How to Request a Refund

Simple Process

Send email to accounts@cnjobs.in with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"

Include in email: Your registered email, Order ID / Transaction ID, reason for refund, and your bank / UPI details for refund transfer.

Admin review: Our team will verify eligibility within 24–48 hours and confirm via email.

Refund processed: Approved refunds are transferred within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or provided bank/UPI account.

⚠️ GST component: As per Indian tax regulations, GST paid (18%) may not be refundable in all cases. Our team will clarify this during the review process.
